(Characters: Sidney, Stanley
Setting: Hallway outside Squash Court #5, Arcangel Gymnasium. Lunchtime.)
Sidney: Are you going to go through with it or not.
Stanley: I don’t know I wish I could decide.
Sidney: What’s stopping you I mean what’s turning it into such an ordeal.
Stanley: The amount partly the sheer weight of memories and details that have to be accounted for one way or another.
Sidney: Then proceed as though you’re taking inventory.
Stanley: It’s not that simple.
Sidney: Of course it is you spill everything out and then you come back and slash and burn.
Stanley: I’m burning up with thematics I can’t keep anything straight in my head.
Sidney: But no one knows right.
Stanley: Right no one knows.
Sidney: There’s no deadline nobody’s life will be changed because of what you do or don’t do.
Stanley: Thanks for the vote of confidence.
Sidney: You know what I mean and you know I’m right.
Stanley: And you’d take your own advice honestly truly.
Sidney: I’m better organized than you I’d never let myself get in such a jam to start with.
Stanley: Oh that’s.
Sidney: No don’t get pissed don’t get offended what I’m saying is that having a sort of dwarf kingdom where all the creative mice can be counted on the fingers of one hand I’d be a royal idiot if I didn’t have the names memorized the birthdays too.
Stanley: There’s too much then you agree.
Sidney: I don’t know how can I know it’s all in your head as you keep on saying and saying and saying but until you spill some of it or preferably all of it onto the desk the floor down the middle of the hallway for all I care until you spill how can I know.
Stanley: So what’s next.
Sidney: Same as before are you going to go through with it or not.
